Fundraiser Highlights:

There are NO INFLATED prices! Customers get dollar for dollar VALUE for everything they order. PLUS every customer who orders at least $70 in products will get a BBQ products for FREE !
Customers, especially in this economy, appreciate that they are not “over-spending” to support your student and that the products they purchase are guaranteed and will last for years to come….therefore, the average order is $70 or more!
This is a fundraiser EVERYONE can support – everyone has a kitchen & everyone eats – and even family & friends who are out of state or out of town can participate by ordering online!
There are products for everyone – those who love to cook or who only microwave their food; those who entertain, love to grill, who like to garden or want to stay organized. We also have great gift giving packages as well as beer bread, sauces & spices!
There are 523 products to choose from and 352 (67.3%!) of them are $20 or less!

EACH ATHLETE WILL RECEIVE A 20-25% INDIVIDUAL CREDIT FOR ALL ORDERS THEY TURN IN BY JUNE 25!

That means that 5 average orders will earn your athlete $87.50! Collect as many orders as you can! EVERY ORDER HELPS YOUR BOTTOM LINE – EVERY ORDER MEANS LESS CASH OUT OF YOUR POCKET !!!

In addition to their personal earnings, the top 3 sellers will also receive Target gift cards for their efforts. The top 3 athletes who sell at least $300 in products (tax/shipping excluded) will receive $25, $15 & $10 gift cards, respectively. Please copy the order form or take orders on any sheet of paper.
Payment instructions: Please have all customers pay you directly when they place their order, then turn all orders in with one check for the full amount due. Please make your CHECK PAYABLE TO MICHELE DEERING.

WAYS TO PLACE YOUR ORDERS FOR LINCOLNWAY AREA WATERPOLO FUNDRAISER

There are 4 simple ways to place your orders. You choose which way works best for you. Of course, if you have questions, please contact Michele Deering at 815-245-7301 or mypcheflady@gmail.com or our fundraiser chairman, Lisa Culver at 312-810-8802 or spunky0521@sbcglobal.net.

· Circulate the enclosed catalog to family, friends, neighbors, co-workers. Fill out one of the enclosed outside order forms for each order collected. Feel free to copy the order form so you have plenty of forms for everyone you know. To tally the form: Add up the products for a product total. Product totall + $5.25 (S&H) = Subtotal. Subtotal x 7.0% (tax) = Total Amount Due. Return completed forms (email is required; phone number is also desired) with payment with your athlete by Wednesday, June 25. Please include your athlete’s name on the order form so credit can be applied.

· Visit www.pamperedchef.biz/mdeering to place your order 24/7 securely online. In the top left corner, you will see “shows you’re invited to or hosting”. Click there and type in “Lincolnway Area Waterpolo” as the organization name. The host is Lisa Culver. Click on her name. Orders will be accepted by this method until June 26, 2014. This is a great option for all of your out of town family/friends and email buddies – feel free to email these instructions to others who can support this fundraiser from a distance. Customers placing orders this way will be contacted to find out what athlete is to receive credit for their order.

· Call Michele Deering with your orders at 815-464-6866. Or text your order to 815-245-7301.

· Email your orders to mypcheflady@gmail.com. Type “Lincolnway Area Waterpolo” in the subject line. Orders should include athlete’s name, customer name, customer email, customer phone number, item #’s and descriptions of items ordered and preferred method of payment.

SHIPMENT METHODS

When placing your orders by any method, you can choose to have your orders shipped directly to you if you prefer not to pick them up at practice (direct ship charges apply). Otherwise, orders will be sorted, bagged and delivered to Lisa Culver for distribution for the standard $5.25 shipping/order. Orders are expected in early-mid July, but no exact date is yet available. You will be notified of pick up date as soon as one has been determined.

REMEMBER:

ü ALL ORDERS ALONG WITH ONE CHECK PER ATHLETE MUST BE RETURNED NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY, JUNE 25.

ü Customers pay you and you write one check for the total of all of the orders.

ü Write YOUR check payable to MICHELE DEERING.

ü EACH order MUST have their own email address; a phone number is also requested.

ü You can copy the order form as necessary. Ask YOUR family & friends to ask THEIR family, friends & neighbors, too!
